Man found murdered

BANGALORE, JAN. 1. Manja (20), a resident of VST Colony in Magadi Road police station limits, died after he was allegedly beaten up by his friend, Jambu (20), on Friday. The police said Manja and Jambu used to paste film posters in Magadi Road and surrounding areas. On Friday afternoon, after consuming liquor, the two went out for work.

When Jambu pasted a poster of a Tamil movie starring Ajith, Manja reportedly pasted a poster of a film starring Vijay, over it. This led to a quarrel and Jambu allegedly assaulted Manja, rendering him unconscious. Later, in the evening, passers-by found Manja dead and informed the police. The Magadi Road police have registered a case and are on the lookout for Jambu.
