Back Valedictory address

HYDERABAD: Mr Arjun Singh, Minister for Human Resource Development, would deliver the valedictory address at the three-day seminar on `Implementation of Education for all programme: Teacher and resource management in the context of decentralisation' here on Saturday.

The seminar is being organised by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco) in association with the Ministry of Human Resource Development and Administrative Staff College of India.
