Back Ramco equity allotment

CHENNAI: Ramco Systems Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the allotment committee of the board of directors decided to allot 6.11 lakh equity shares to the promoter group of the company at the rate of Rs 331 a share (face value per share Rs 10 and premium per share Rs 321) on preferential basis.

However, the committee did not proceed with the allotment of warrants to Halcyon Resources and Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
