Back Taj GVK Q3 net up 45 pc

HYDERABAD: Taj GVK Hotels & Resorts Ltd has announced a growth of 24 per cent in operating revenues, 41 per cent in gross profit and 45 per cent in net profit for the third quarter of the current fiscal ended December 2004.

In a press release here on Wednesday, the company said it has posted operating revenues of Rs 31.15 crore as against Rs 25 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, gross profit of Rs 13.87 crore (Rs 9.85 crore) and net profit of Rs 6.75 crore (Rs 4.74 crore). For the nine-month period, the company posted a net profit of Rs 14.98 crore (Rs 10.13 crore) on operating revenues of Rs 80.84 crore (Rs 61.34 crore).
