Back Infosys ADR share allotment

BANGALORE: Infosys Technologies Ltd has informed the BSE that its board of directors has allotted 1,360 equity shares of par value of Rs 5 to Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, the company's depository, as underlying shares in respect of the ADRs to be issued and allocated to the purchasers, pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employees under the Company's 1998 Option Plan.
