HYDERABAD, JAN.27. The US Ambassador to India, David C.Mulford, called on the Chief Minister, Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, who hosted a breakfast for him at the Lakeview Guest House on Thursday. The two were closeted for about 45 minutes. Mr. Mulford later addressed the ISB community on Indo-US relations. He said that the relations between the two countries had never been better. India was undergoing a remarkable reform process. "Reforms are people's business and they can be carried out by people who have real imagination and determination," he remarked. Rammohan Rao, Dean, ISB, welcomed him.
