Arjun Gautam and Vishnuvardhan advance

VISAKHAPATNAM, JAN. 27. Top-seeded Arjun Gautam of Bangalore and last year's winner, J. Vishnuvardhan of Hyderabad, blanked their rivals in the third round to advance in the men's singles event of the 28th Circars tennis tournament at Kakinada on Thursday.
