St. Xaviers women in final

KOZHIKODE, JAN. 27. St. Xaviers, Aluva, entered the women's final of the Devagiri All-Kerala inter-collegiate baskebtall touranment, beating St. Joseph's, Alappuzha, 44-28 at the St. Joseph's College courts here on Thursday. It will take on Govt. Brennen in the final on Friday.

In the men's final, Sree Kerala Varma, Thrissur, will meet Mar Ivanios, Thiruvananthapuram, which defeated reigning champion SB, Changanassery, 74-71 in a thriller of semifinal on Thursday.
