Back Satnam net rises 43 pc

MUMBAI: SATNAM Overseas Ltd, known for its Kohinoor brand of basmati rice, has registered a net profit of Rs 4.74 crore for the quarter ended December 2004 compared with Rs 3.31 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year, a growth of 43.20 per cent. In the first nine months of the current financial year, the company registered a net profit of Rs 13.42 crore as compared to a net profit of Rs 9.73 crore in the previous year.
