Back Texprocil meet on marketing scope today Our Bureau
Coimbatore , Feb. 13 COTTON Textiles Export Promotion Council (Texprocil) is to hold a seminar here on February 15 on marketing opportunities for India's textiles in the US, Italy, Japan and Brazil and UK. Experts from marketing consultancy firm Dun and Bradstreet, which has been commissioned by the Texprocil to undertake market studies, will be making a presentation in the seminar on the market openings for Indian yarn, fabric and made-ups exporters in the above countries in the quota free-era. The Texprocil meet is expected to attend among others, the Secretary, Union Ministry of Textiles, Mr R. Poornalingam, the Texprocil Chairman, Mr B.K. Patodia, and the Chairman of the Southern India Mills Association (SIMA), Mr Vijay Venkataswamy, according to a press release from the SIMA Secretary, Mr R. Umesh.
