Back BIMSTEC tourism meet from Feb 21

NEW DELHI: The three-day meeting of the Tourism Ministers of BIMSTEC countries (Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Thailand Economic Co-operation) will open in Kolkata on February 21.

The meeting will discuss the joint marketing of BIMSTEC destinations, apart from formulating strategies on increasing intra-regional tourism through operating charter buses. The meeting will be inaugurated by the Minister for Tourism, Ms Renuka Chaudhary, on February 21.
