Back National Youth Festival inaugurated

The Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs, Mr Sunil Dutt, addressing a press conference to announce the inauguration of the 10th National Youth Festival in Hyderabad on Monday.

Artistes belonging to the Changa tribe of Nagaland wave to a helicopter hovering over the venue of the inaugural function. The five-day festival will display a variety of youth activities from across the country.
