THE SOLAE COMPANY has launched Soy day, a textured soy protein-based product. Apart from ensuring good health and nutrition, the product also claims to offer consumers food choices. It is available in three variants - chunks, granules and flakes. It will be available initially in the cities of Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore and would be rolled out in other markets subsequently.
