Back Allahabad Bank to pay 15 pc interim

KOLKATA: Allahabad Bank has declared an interim dividend of 15 per cent for 2004-05. The record date is March 14.

According to a press release, the bank has filed a draft offer document with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for issuing 10 crore equity shares at a premium.
