Back Ajay Shah joins Moser Baer board

NEW DELHI: Moser Baer India Ltd on Monday announced the appointment of Mr Ajay Shah as a new member on the company's board of directors. Mr Shah is best known as the founder of SMART Modular Technologies, a company that was bought out by contract manufacturing giant Solectron Corporation in a deal valued at over $2 billion in 1999. SMART now operates as part of Solectron's technology solutions business unit, with Mr Shah at the helm as CEO.
