Back RIL bags export awards

MUMBAI: Reliance Industries was awarded three gold trophies for its export performance by the Synthetic and Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council (SRTEPC) at a recent function in Mumbai. RIL won the gold trophy for the Best Overall Export Performance and Best Performance Award in the polyester staple fibre and polyester filament yarn segments for 2003-04.

Indo Rama Textiles Ltd, a polyester-cotton blended yarn exporter, received the second Best Overall Export Performance award from the SRTEPC for 2003-04.

It also won two gold awards for Best Export Performance in the man-made fibre yarn blended with natural fibre and viscose spun yarn categories.
