Back Rain Calcining ED sells 0.96% stake

HYDERABAD: The Executive Director of Rain Calcining Ltd (RCL), Mr Y. Santosh Kumar Reddy, has sold 12.4-lakh equity shares aggregating 0.96 per cent of the total shareholding of the company on March 18 and 21.

In a communication to stock exchanges, the company said the mode of sale was market sale and that the shareholding of Mr Santosh Kumar Reddy stood at 39.96 lakh shares aggregating 3.09 per cent of the total shareholding of Rain Calcining.
