ABT Info.net executes design orders

COIMBATORE: ABT Info.Net at the Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology, Pollachi, has executed engineering drawings and designs contract worth $100,000 from a U.S.-based company. Established at a total outlay of Rs. 4.50 crores, the company was started in 2002 and the order was executed in 40 days. M. Manickam, the Managing Director of the company, said that the company was expected to break even in the next financial year. Some major IT players had hinted at reviewing and off loading some of the projects to the company. He added that the students of the college were able to earn while studying by doing these projects.
