RITES gets $40 m contracts

NEW DELHI:, The Rail India Technical and Economic Services Ltd (RITES), the consultancy arm of the Indian Railways, has been bagged five contracts amounting to $40 million from the Transport Ministry of Angola for implementing its CFM railway rehabilitation project. The contracts, which signal a major breakthrough for RITES in Angola, is also one of the largest secured by RITES in recent years, says a release.
