Collector convenes meets on voter list

CHENNAI, APRIL 9. The Tiruvallur District Collector, S. Thangaswami, has convened meetings with elected members and public representatives to discuss ways for producing error-free voters list in Tiruvottiyur and Villivakkam constituencies in the city.

The door-to door campaign for revision of voters list began from March 1 at Tiruvottiyur and Villivakkam constituencies in Ambattur Circle. On Sunday, the Collector will meet elected heads and members of all local bodies of the two Assembly segments at Ambattur Municipality Community Hall, at 11 a.m.

On April 17 he will meet representatives of residents welfare associations of Tiruvottiyur constituency at Vellaiyan Chettiyar Higher Secondary School, Tiruvottiyur at 11 a.m; and the representatives of residents associations in Villivakkam constituency at Ambattur Municipality Community Hall at 2 p.m.
