Back Tanla Solutions net at Rs 6.84 cr

TANLA Solutions Ltd has recorded a total revenue (consolidated) of Rs 22.73 crore and a net profit of Rs 6.84 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2005.

The Chairman and Managing Director of Tanla Solutions, Mr D. Uday Kumar Reddy, in a statement said that the company achieved excellent results in spite of the year being a difficult one worldwide. The company, while enhancing the dividend to 20 per cent from 10 per cent last year, has decided to list Tanla's shares on the BSE.

Tanla had acquired two companies in fiscal 2005 in a share swap deal.
