Aztec pays 10 p.c. dividend

BANGALORE: IT services firm Aztec Software and Technology Services reported a net profit of Rs. 17.89 crores for 2004-05 against Rs. 1.31 crores in 2003-04. The company posted a revenue of Rs. 98.15 crores against Rs. 41.40 crores, a company statement said. Total revenues include income of Rs. 15.81 crores from its wholly-owned subsidiary, Disha Technologies (India) Limited. The board recommended a dividend of 10 per cent, subject to approval by shareholders.
