Dr. Reddy's loses patent case

HYDERABAD: The U.S. States District Court for Southern District of Indiana has ruled in favour of Eli Lilly's patent relating to Zyprexa, in a suit filed by it against Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Dr. Reddy's said in a release here on Friday that the court decision arose from a May 2001 suit filed by Eli Lilly against Dr. Reddy's alleging patent infringement. The trial was completed in April 2004. — Special Correspondent
