Two naxalites arrested

NALGONDA: Two Janashakti naxalites --Yellavula Shyam alias Veeramallu and Satya Prasad alias Sreeram -- were arrested by the Miryalaguda police on Saturday, the Superintendent of Police, M.M. Bhagwat, said in a press release on Sunday.

A native of Kokkireni in Munagala mandal and residing in Miryalaguda town, Shyam, was the vice-president of the Progressive Democratic Students' Union (PDSU) State committee and zonal committee member of Janashakti, the SP said.
