USAID loan for YES Bank

NEW DELHI: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on Monday signed a loan guarantee with YES Bank for a cumulative value of $20 million (about Rs. 87 crores) to spark off private lending to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The objective is to commercialise sectors such as renewable energy, water technologies, products and services.
