Dishman acquires U.K. firm

NEW DELHI: Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals today acquired Synprotec, a Manchester-based contract research company, through its wholly-owned U.K.-based subsidiary company, Dishman Europe Ltd.

The acquisition is a major step for the company in its contract research and manufacturing strategy, DPCL informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
