AKR Parcel Service gets ISO 9001-2000

SALEM: A leading parcel service provider of the city, AKR Parcel Service, has received the ISO 9001-2000 quality certificate. According to its Managing Director, P. Ravikumar, the quality could be achieved after meeting the necessary requirements of the international standard. At a function organised here recently, Tamil Nadu Additional DGP, V. Balachandran, awarded the certificate to Mr. Ravikumar. LRN Group of Companies Managing Director, S. Sunderesan, presided. Mr. Ravikumar said that the firm had 146 branches and was emerging as one of the leading parcel movers in the country.
