Jindal Stainless pact with Italian firm

NEW DELHI: In a bid to promote usage of stainless steel, Jindal Stainless has signed an MoU with Steelway Italia s.r.l. to set up a joint venture company for establishing a world-class service centre in India. The joint veture, Jindal Stainless Steelway Ltd, will be 80 per cent owned by JSL and Steelway 20 per cent equity, the company informed the BSE.
