Godavari Fertilizers resumes dividend

CHENNAI: Godavari Fertilizers has announced a dividend of 10 per cent for the year ended March 31, 2005. The company has been paying dividend after a gap of four years. The company has achieved a turnover of Rs. 1,200.05 crores (unaudited) for the year ended March 31, 2005 against Rs. 897.08 crores. The gross profit has increased to Rs. 50.28 crores from Rs. 36.69 crores and the profit after tax to Rs. 17.09 crores from Rs. 7.15 crores.
