Back AP: Workshops for Govt Depts

HYDERABAD: The General Administration Department of the Andhra Pradesh Government has organised a three-day interactive review workshops for various Government departments.

The workshops, held during April 19 to 21 at the Centre for Good Governance (CCG), was aimed at reviewing the implementation of Citizen's Charters of Departments of Registration, Police, Civil Supplies, Revenue, Transport and Municipal Administration. Simplification of procedures, improving service delivery and involvement of stakeholders in the feedback on the quality of service were discussed, Dr P.K. Mohanthy, Director-General and Executive Director of CCG, said here in a press release.
