KOCHI: The Kochi-based commodity brokerage firm has tied up with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) by setting up an online commodity trading terminal in the temple complex. Talking to reporters here, Giby Mathew, Managing Director, JRG Wealth Management Ltd, said the terminal would facilitate the large number of people who congregate at the temple to know the up to date daily rates of commodities. The temple was the biggest purchaser of sugar, cardamom and cashew and its authorities would be instantly updated about market fluctuations. The TTD management could now view the commodity prices from NMCE, NCDEX and MCX Commodity Exchanges and monitor directly the fluctuations in market prices. The broking firm also opened a service centre at Dwaraka Nagar in Vishakapatnam to serve the investors in Andhra Pradesh.
