HYDERABAD: The Bharatiya Janata Party has charged the Congress Government in the State with inefficiency and lashed out at the Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, for his "inability" to control the administration. At a press conference here on Friday, the BJP leaders -- Ch. Vidyasagar Rao and K. Laxman -- said the way the DGP was behaving with fellow officers and the treatment meted out to elected representatives during the public debate on irrigation projects was proof of their disrespect.
