Naxals' bid to blow up Forest range office

KHAMMAM: A building used by the Forest Department as the range office as well as guesthouse near Yedulla Bayyaram village was attacked by CPI (Maoist) cadres in the early hours of Monday.

Members of the local guerrilla squad led by Satyam used some gelatine sticks and explosives in a bid to blow up the building around 2 a.m. The building was damaged partially in the incident.
