Another clash

Fifteen persons were injured and an autorickshaw was burnt in a clash between two groups in Uralaguruki village in Bangalore Rural district, in Devanahalli police station stations limits, on Monday afternoon. The police said the village, which is facing drinking water shortage, was recently supplied water from a borewell. Sajjad, a Congress party supporter, and his group complained to the village panchayat that Muni Narasappa, the waterman, a supporter of Janata Dal (Secular) party, was supplying water only to some areas.

On Monday, when the village panchayat members were inquiring about the issue, there was a clash between the supporters of Sajjad and Muni Narasappa.
