Back Alok Ind net up 64%

MUMBAI: For the quarter ended March 31, 2005, Alok Industries' net profit increased 64 per cent to Rs 31.03 crore (Rs 18.92 crore), while total income rose 17 per cent to Rs 378.61 crore (Rs 324.16 crore).

For the year ended March 31, 2005, the company posted a net profit of Rs 91.04 crore (Rs 62.70 crore). Total income rose 15 per cent to Rs 1,225.6 crore (Rs 1,066.07 crore).
