HYDERABAD: Union Labour Minister and Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president, K. Chandrasekhar Rao, arrived here on Tuesday evening to address the fourth anniversary celebrations of the party on Wednesday. The celebration to be held at the land allotted to TRS at Banjara Hills would be a low-key affair confined to 3,000-odd delegates of the party from ten Telangana districts. This is the second consecutive year that the formation day celebrations are taking place in the State capital with the participation of delegates and some important cadre. They were held at a function hall in the city last year days after the polling for Assembly and Parliament elections. The first and second year celebrations were held at Nalgonda and Warangal respectively with huge rallies. Mr. Rao is expected to make some declaration to lift the spirits of the party cadre at tomorrow's meeting. This view emerged after he walked away without speaking to the media at the airport and after meeting UPA chairperson, Sonia Gandhi, in Delhi recently.
