TRS condemns naxal attack on sarpanch

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Rashtra Samiti has condemned the CPI-USI extremists' attempt on the life of the party's Parakal sarpanch M. Bikshpathi on May 1.

K. Yadagiri Reddy, S. Madusudhana Chary and B. L. Satish Mahajan, TRS coordinators, in a statement on Monday described the attempt on the sarpanch as an `unfortunate' and `unwise' decision. They decried attacks by extremists on people belonging to weaker sections.
