Back Transgene Bio allots shares

HYDERABAD: The board of directors of Transgene Biotek Ltd has allotted 60.6-lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each to the shareholders of Saket Bio-technologies Pvt Ltd as per the scheme of arrangement approved by the High Court, the company informed the stock exchanges on Thursday.
