Strides Arcolab's pact with U.S. firm

MUMBAI: Strides Arcolab has signed a license agreement with the U.S.-based KV Pharmaceutical Company for exclusive marketing rights in the U.S. and Canada for ten new generic drugs. KV Pharma will also make an investment of $11.3 million through redeemable preference shares of Strides Arcolab, subject to shareholders' approval.
