Director General of DGH on ONGC board

NEW DELHI: The Union Petroleum Ministry has nominated V. K. Sibal, Director General of the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, on the board of Oil and Natural Gas Corp, a move seen as conflicting with DGH's role as sector regulator.
