ANANTAPUR: A two-time legislator of Penukonda, who also worked as a Minister in the N.T. Rama Rao Cabinet, and one-time Hindupur MP, S. Ramachandra Reddy, has quit the TDP. In a letter to the TDP president, N. Chandrababu Naidu, copies of which were issued to media here on Sunday, he alleged that the former had failed to maintain discipline in the party for prolonging his personal interests. Mr. Ramachandra Reddy has been moving around Congress leaders for the last one month and also tried for the Congress ticket for his daughter-in-law. However, he has not joined the Congress officially so far.
