i-flex in alliance with Castek Software

NEW DELHI: i-flex solutions on Monday said it has entered into a strategic alliance with the Toronto-based provider of insurance systems for global property and casualty (P&C) insurance, Castek Software. Under the alliance, the company has established an equity financing arrangement with Castek that allows it to become the largest shareholder in Castek, i-flex informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
