Back IDBI sells 2 pc stake in NFCL

HYDERABAD: IDBI has sold 83.59 lakh shares held in Nagarjuna Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd (NFCL), amounting to 2 per cent of holding.

NFCL has informed the stock exchanges that IDBI was holding more than 5 per cent of the shares and voting rights in the company.

IDBI had sold 83,59,469 equity shares of NFCL during the period between January 25 and May 26 this year.
