Back CII programme on TQM near Madhapur

HYDERABAD: The CII-Sohrabji Green Business Centre (CII-GBC), in association with CII Institute of Quality (Bangalore), is organising a two-day awareness programme for schools on TQM (Total Quality Management) in education on June 30 and July 1. To be held at the GBC facility near Madhapur, the programme would focus on fundamentals of quality, principles of TQM, educational process, systems thinking and TQM problem solving methodology.
