BDA studying judgment on flyovers

BANGALORE: M.N. Vidyashankar, Commissioner of Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), has said that the BDA is going through the judgment copy and a decision on whether the Uttar Pradesh State Bridge Construction Corporation will continue as the contractors for the Airport Road, Jayadeva and Dairy Circle flyovers will be made based on the recommendations of the judgments in a day or two.

The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday took to task the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) for the delay in completing the flyover projects and quashed the BDA's action in terminating the contract for the projects with the corporation.
