Back Invensys to adopt Kenexa solution

KENEXA Technologies, a talent acquisition and retention solutions provider, has announced that the Hyderabad-based development centre of Invensys PLC, a global automation and controls provider, has signed up to implement Kenexa recruitment process management solution.

Kenexa would implement the staffing process that it advocates through the use of an applicant tracking system and various skill and behavioural predictability assessments tools to ensure the work process efficiencies.
