LIMA: The plastic surgeon for the reigning Miss World, Peru's Maria Julia Mantilla, denied on Friday that he had stretched the truth about the work he did on her in several nip, tuck and tell media interviews. Ms. Mantilla, 20, said earlier in the week that she was considering suing over before-and-after photographs of her profile supplied by him to a newspaper in Spain.
