Police personnel better watch out!

CHENNAI: Police personnel beware! Don't ride a two-wheeler without a helmet, lest should you be pulled up by superior officers for blatant violation of the City Police Commissioner, R. Nataraj's instructions. A few days ago, two women police personnel who were travelling on a motorcycle without wearing helmets (photograph published in these columns on July 15) were later identified and they were summoned by the authorities on the instructions of the Director-General of Police, A.X. Alexander. After suitably instructing them, the authorities provided the two women personnel helmets.
