Back Apollo Consulting to help build hospital in Poland

APOLLO Consulting Services, the consulting arm of Apollo Hospitals Group and Medicover Investment B.V, an European healthcare company, have signed an agreement "to cooperate around the development" of a 200-bed hospital in Poland, according to a release from Apollo.

The CEO of Apollo Consulting Services, Mr John Punnoose, told Business Line that Apollo would first review the market report and architectural plan for the hospital. Then, after assessing the feasibility of the project, Apollo would assist Medicover in project management, for example, technology, human resources and pre-commissioning activities.

A team from Poland would also come to India, "for sharing of knowledge," Mr Punnoose said. He, however, did not wish to disclose the value of the assignment.
