A COVETED BADGE: The Chief Minister, N. Dharam Singh, pinning the badge on Prithvi Sindhia. The Industries Minister, P.G.R. Sindhia, is seen.
POLITICAL BIGWIGS rarely visit colleges on official business. Nor do they usually get into campus politics in this part of the country. An exception was made last week with the Chief Minister N. Dharam Singh himself pinning the badge of the office of the president of the students' union of Bishop Cotton Women's Christian College. The president-elect was Prithvi Sindhia, daughter of the Industries Minister, P.G.R. Sindhia, who was a proud onlooker with the Church of South India's Bishop, S. Vasanthkumar, and the college principal Hephzibah Doss. Some get into politics early enough in life.
